With over 17 years as Executive Assistant, I strive to always be an updated version of myself and provide the best support for my executives. I have a degree in English Linguistics and Literature, and I am an insatiable learner: History, communication skills or psychology are among my interests.
I have spent most of my EA career in powerful international companies: over ten years at Credit Suisse (2008-2019), where I supported the M&A Spain Country Director and learnt about the magic of IPOs, roadshows and pitches and the last four years and a half at Amazon (2020-present), supporting Amazon Logistics South Europe Director, where I realized that PPE (personal protective equipment) worn at warehouses looks surprisingly cool and the importance of having all the data to make customers happy.
Always with the aim of providing top notch support on day-to-day duties, I am very passionate about bringing the EA role to the next level. In the 21st century, EAs have evolved and are increasingly more involved in the running of the business, as partners to their executives, by managing projects, capturing the team’s sentiments and by optimizing processes and best practices. In a nutshell, by having the greatest impact ever in their organization and helping their executives reach success.
