The 1,5-hour Work-Life Balance masterclass identifies the components of a positive work-life balance and how to systematically achieve them. Executive Assistants are guided through interactive activities covering the following five steps: 

Scope – identify the core objectives and requirements of their role by reflecting on work life balance (WLB) and its importance.

Self-awareness – challenge preconceived ideas by discovering your work life balance aspects and evaluating them.

Speak – manage expectations, people, and time with an effective communication model. Learn how to say NO and achieve better WLB.

Space – how to set up your work and social/personal environments to stimulate productivity, improve mental health and reduce stress, fatigue, and burnout.
